Aleiha Rapp -
With a passion for servicing her community and a Juniata County native, Aleiha leads our organization with dedication and compassion, ensuring our mission is carried out effectively and thoroughly.

Vice President
Jill Fry -
Jill is a Juniata County native who likes to problem solve & help those in need. To honor her late mother she headed the "Madame Kennedy Scholarship Fund." As a teacher she has a passion for the children and families of the community.


Secretary
Nicole Bomberger -
A Juniata County "transplant" she finds this tight-knit community inspiring! Finding true fulfillment in helping others Nicole is excited to help create a positive impact on local community members in need.

Penny Baney -
A lifelong resident of Juniata County, Penny is passionate about giving back to her community. With a deep commitment to serving her neighbors, she brings reliability, honesty, and a strong sense of integrity to every role she takes on as a valued member of our team.
